Performance Task- Length

This Thursday, our class will have their Performance Task on Ordinal Numbers and Length .

They will be required to use paper clips to measure the lengths of given items and compare the lengths.

Following are some slides that might be helpful for you as you support your child at home.

We had a round of practice today in class to get them ready for this Thursday's task. We measured our name plates and a postcard.

EDP Clean and Green Campaign - Keep our Canteen Clean

As part of our school Clean and Green Campaign, a "Values in Action" activity was planned for all P1 - P5 to clean the canteen for a week for 10 minutes.

Last week was our turn.

The class was split into 4 groups with the following tasks rotated per day :

1. Clear the bowls and cups
2. Wipe the tables
3. Pick up the litter
4. Sweep the floor

Here are some photos of our little ones in action. I am glad that they were very eager and serious about the task assigned to them and I must say they did a fairly great job given their young age. Hopefully they are also great helpers at home too.
